These are the terms supplied with the current Gym Terminal application. See the privacy policy for online features, data retention and deletion.

These terms apply to your use of the local-first Gym Terminal fitness-tracking application and its optional online tools.

Fitness information only

Gym Terminal records and summarizes information you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a qualified professional before changing exercise, nutrition, or health routines, especially if you have an injury or medical condition.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping any backup you need. Review imported data before relying on it.

Use the app lawfully and do not misuse it in a way that damages the software or another person's device or data.

The app is provided as available. Software defects, device failures, operating-system changes, or storage loss can affect availability or local data.

If these terms materially change, the updated local copy will show a new effective date.
