Gym Terminal Support
For help, email [email protected]. Include your app version, phone model and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, API keys or your full health backup.
This notice describes Gym Terminal 2.0.11 and later. Personal-cloud features become available when you install a version that includes them. For earlier releases, see the February 2026 privacy notice and legacy account requests.
Restore on a new phone
On the welcome screen, choose Restore data, then import a backup file or choose your platform cloud. Review the saved data before restoring. Cloud restore confirms Restore and enable sync; file import restores once. A successful restore opens Home without repeating setup.
Installation alone does not retrieve data. You need a previously completed sync or off-device backup and access to the same cloud account.
Where sync data goes
Optional sync uses private iCloud storage on iOS 17 or later, or Google Drive's hidden app-data storage on Android. No Gym Terminal account is required. iOS 16.4 supports offline use and file import. iCloud and Drive are separate; use a portable backup file to transfer between iOS and Android.
Check sync and backup separately
Open Data & Sync in Settings to review the connected account, pending changes, last successful sync and last confirmed off-device backup. Keep both devices online and open the app to reconcile changes. Account changes or revoked access require explicit reconnection.
Conflicts and deletion
Review conflicts at the affected record. Saved alternatives remain available until resolved. Deleted content and recovery snapshots have a 30-day recovery period; cleanup runs on the next successful online maintenance pass. Permanent deletion remains pending until confirmed by the provider.
For details, read Privacy and Data deletion and requests. Earlier versions may use different services; archived support instructions remain available.
